What Clients Tell Me is Helpful

Someone who is real and non-judgemental; just being able to talk things out or learn about something I did not know informationally or personally before our time together.

Personal Biography

I grew up in rural Central Alberta and completed my undergraduate and graduate studies locally so I could be connected to my family and friends. I enjoy the outdoors, being physically active, spending time with friends and family, and laughing! A day must include laughter!

Why I love counselling...

I love being in the moment with my clients and helping them see they have their own solutions, their own capabilities, and those "lightbulb" moments where change happens. I truly look forward to hearing from you each and every session.

When I'm not counselling...

This clinic allows me to fill my cup of all things counselling which fuels me in all I do. I have a full-time day job and when I am not at the clinic or at my other job, I am most likely to be found spending time with my family or friends!
